- We sell only first quality fabrics and inspect
every fabric ordered before it's cut. It is rare that our
customers receive defective yardage.
- We encourage our customers to inspect their
orders as soon as the order is delivered to ensure there was no damage
to the fabric during shipping.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will ask you to send back
the fabric in question unwashed and uncut within 14 days. You are
responsible for return postage.
- We are unable to issue any type of refund
after our 14 day guarantee has expired.
- Upon receipt of your return, it will take up
to 15 business days to process your return and credit your original form
of payment.
- We will notify you via e-mail once your return
is processed.
